PRACTICE AREAS
FAMILY BASED IMMIGRATION
We represent individuals seeking to obtain a "green card" through the petition of a family member, such as a spouse, parent, or child. We determine if this process will require any special waivers.
CITIZENSHIP AND NATURALIZATION
We assist our clients to obtain U.S. Citizenship through the Naturalization process established by Congress. We also asses our foreign clients particular family situation to determine if they qualify to apply to U.S. Citizenship through their U.S born parents.
REMOVAL DEFENSE
We represent and advocate for aliens (including Legal Permanent Residents) facing deportation from the United States. For many immigrants facing removal from the United States, the process involves appearing before Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), and before an immigration judge in immigration court. We analyze our client's personal situation to determine if she can apply for any relief under the Immigration and Nationality Act (INA).
BUSINESS BASED IMMIGRATION
We represent multinational companies transferring employees into the United States and domestic business entities recruiting talent from abroad.
